Little Polka Dot Dress
This used to be my mom's dress, which she made from scrap! We actually had matching dresses (when I was younger of course). And now, I'm wearing her's. Oh how the years have gone by. I'm turning 20 tomorrow! Ahh. Last couple hours of being a teenager...
