I finally got around to finishing my waterfall skirt! The first time I did it, I added like a fringe trim thing to the waistband and that made it no longer stretchable. So I had to start all over, but I'm glad I did because this one turned out 10x better! This was also inspired by Balmain and Wu Spring Summer 2012 Collections.
