Today was the first day of the spring semester and it was so cold that if I were to cry, my tears would turn into icicles. Or maybe I am just exaggerating because I was exposed to the outside weather more than I usually would have been.
For my look, I decided to go with a black and white with an emerald green.

OMG! I love this look! And to beat the cold think about putting an extra shirt or leggings/stockings under your clothes! That's what I do:)
